CCR Ambassador & Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the CCR Ambassador & Affiliate Program (the “Program”) for The Community Capital Revolution. By registering as an ambassador and accepting these terms, you agree to the conditions below. This document is separate from our general Affiliate Disclosure and specifically covers ambassador commissions and conduct.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals and organizations who register and are approved by us. We may accept, decline, or remove any applicant at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration.

2. Referral Attribution

Upon approval you receive a unique referral code and link. A referral is attributed to you when a customer reaches us through your active referral link and completes a qualifying purchase, subject to our tracking and verification. Where multiple ambassadors could be credited, we attribute the referral based on our recorded tracking data. Attribution windows, cookie duration, and tie-breaking are determined by our systems and may be updated.

3. Commission Structure

Approved ambassadors may earn a commission of 20% on qualified direct referrals (individual book purchases attributed to your link) and 15% on approved strategic and bulk referrals (such as organizational, sponsor, or bulk orders that we review and approve). Bulk and strategic referrals must be approved by us to qualify, and rates may differ for specific campaigns as disclosed to you in writing.

4. Net Collected Revenue

Commissions are calculated on Net Collected Revenue — the amount we actually collect for a qualifying purchase after discounts, taxes, shipping, processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations. Commissions are not earned on amounts we do not collect or that are later reversed.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals

If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the associated commission is reversed. Reversals may be deducted from current or future payouts. We may withhold commissions during refund windows or while investigating suspected fraud.

6. Payout Timing & Minimums

Commissions are paid after the applicable refund window has passed and once your balance meets any minimum payout threshold we set. Payout schedules, methods, and thresholds will be communicated to approved ambassadors and may be updated from time to time.

7. Tax Information

You are responsible for all taxes on commissions you earn. We may require valid tax documentation before issuing payouts and may report payments as required by law. You are solely responsible for reporting your income to the relevant authorities.

8. Permitted & Prohibited Promotion

You may promote The Community Capital Revolution honestly and in your own authentic voice. You may not: bid on our trademarks or misleading terms in paid search; use spam, misleading claims, or fake scarcity; misrepresent the book, membership, or program; impersonate the author or CCR; make earnings, income, or outcome guarantees; or use unlawful, deceptive, or abusive tactics. You must not fabricate testimonials, statistics, or endorsements.

9. Self-Referrals

Commissions are not payable on your own purchases or on purchases arranged primarily to generate commissions for yourself. Self-referrals and manufactured transactions are not eligible and may result in removal from the Program.

10. Disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to the Program whenever you promote (for example, stating that you may earn a commission), consistent with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction, including FTC guidelines where they apply.

11. Fraud & Compliance

We may investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, or policy violations, and may withhold or reverse commissions, suspend accounts, and take other appropriate action. We may modify these terms, commission rates, or the Program at any time, with notice where required.

12. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation for any violation of these terms or for conduct we reasonably believe harms the Program, the author, or customers.

13. Post-Termination Commissions

On termination, validly earned and still-eligible commissions for qualifying purchases that occurred before termination will be paid after the applicable refund windows, subject to these terms. No commissions accrue on activity after your participation ends.
