These Terms govern your use of The Community Capital Revolution (“CCR”) website and your participation in the Founding 1,000 CCR Champions offer and CCR Membership. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Book Purchases Through Amazon

Amazon is the primary public purchase channel for The Community Capital Revolution. Links on this site labeled “Buy on Amazon” or similar take you to Amazon to complete your purchase.

Books purchased through Amazon are sold and fulfilled by Amazon or its applicable sellers. Payment, shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds for those purchases are governed by Amazon’s applicable terms and policies. Community Capital Revolution does not process or control Amazon orders.

Who handles what: Amazon handles payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds for Amazon purchases. CCR handles purchase verification and the activation of eligible Founding 1,000 CCR Memberships.

Direct CCR Purchases

CCR may also offer purchases made directly through CCR, separately from Amazon. This includes purchases completed through a CCR Ambassador’s CCR Direct Purchase Link, as well as bulk, organizational, and partner orders. Direct CCR purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Information, and by any terms agreed in writing for a specific order.

Founding 1,000 CCR Champions Offer

The first 1,000 eligible book buyers who complete purchase verification may receive a complimentary 12-month CCR Membership, valued at $99. The offer ends once 1,000 qualifying memberships have been claimed.

Eligibility for a complimentary membership requires successful purchase verification through the claim form on our Claim Membership page. Submitting a claim does not by itself guarantee a membership. A membership is granted only after CCR has verified the purchase and confirmed that a qualifying membership is still available.

The following rules apply to the offer:

• Qualifying book formats: A purchase of The Community Capital Revolution in any edition sold on Amazon (Kindle, paperback, or hardcover) qualifies.
• Limit: One complimentary membership per person and one per Amazon order number.
• Accepted proof of purchase: A valid Amazon order number for the book, submitted through the claim form. CCR may ask for additional confirmation, such as a copy of the Amazon order confirmation or receipt, if needed to complete verification.
• Membership start date: The 12-month term begins on the date your membership is activated, after your purchase has been verified and activation instructions have been sent to you.
• Transferability: The membership is personal to the verified purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• Effect of a book refund or cancellation: If the qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, or cancelled, CCR may end the complimentary membership.
• After the 12 months: The complimentary membership ends at the end of its 12-month term and does not renew automatically. You will not be charged. CCR may offer you the option to continue your membership at the then-current rate, which you can choose to accept.
• Cash value: The complimentary membership has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other benefits.

CCR Membership & HE365 Access

CCR Membership benefits, including access delivered through HE365, are provided by CCR and its platform partners. They are separate from your Amazon book purchase. Membership benefits are described on the CCR Membership page and may be updated over time.

Use of the Site

You agree to provide accurate information, including in purchase-verification claims, and to use the site and its resources for lawful purposes only. Content on this site is provided for informational purposes and remains the property of its respective owners.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
