Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains who handles refunds and cancellations. The answer depends on where you made your purchase.

A. Books Purchased on Amazon

Books purchased through Amazon are sold and fulfilled by Amazon or its applicable sellers. Cancellations, returns, and refunds for those purchases are governed by Amazon’s applicable return and refund policies. Community Capital Revolution does not process or control Amazon orders and cannot issue refunds for them. To request a return or refund, use your Amazon account or contact Amazon directly.

B. Direct CCR Purchases

Any purchase made directly with CCR is handled under the policy that applies to that purchase. This includes books bought through a CCR Ambassador’s CCR Direct Purchase Link, bulk or organizational book orders, paid memberships, programs, and services. Terms agreed in writing for a specific order, such as a bulk or partner agreement, take precedence.

Unless other terms were agreed in writing, the following applies to direct CCR purchases:

• Physical book orders (including bulk orders): You may cancel for a full refund before the order ships. After delivery, unused books in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price. Damaged or defective copies reported within 30 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Paid memberships, programs, and digital services: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Events and live sessions: Refund terms are stated at the time of registration for each event.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

Complimentary Founding CCR Memberships

The Founding 1,000 CCR Membership is complimentary. It has no purchase price of its own, so there is nothing to refund for it.

If the qualifying book purchase is later refunded or cancelled: CCR may end the complimentary membership, because the membership is granted on the basis of a completed book purchase.
